HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Purchasing online is made easy, simply click on CATALOG, browse through the products displayed according to style. Click Order Now should you wish to purchase the item. You will then be forwarded to the Shopping Cart.
Secure Order Form
You will be required to fill out the Secure Order Form. Once completed, check your details and order and click on the continue button to commence payment.
Simply choose the payment method you wish use.
Follow the prompts with the selected payment you have chosen.
You will receive a notification of your order.
Once your payment has been confirmed, your package will be processed and you an email will be sent you with the tracking # for your package(s).
HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL ARE AUTHENTIC?
All my products are only designer inspired only items(s). I do not sell copies, replica or fakes. All my products are ordered from a fashion agency in Sydney & Melbourne. (Refer to our disclaimer)

Pictures provided are the actual item, however I do also provide examples of styles on celebrities. In addition, if this section does not answer your query, feel free to email me and I’m happy to answer your questions.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
All items displayed online are currently in stock. If for some reason, the item becomes not available after you have purchased it, I will personally contact you and make other arrangements. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
Should you wish to purchase an item that I don’t have in stock, please email mary@style-forte.com to find out if there is a waiting list for that item. Waiting lists are only available for current styles that have sold out, and made available on a later date. Please note, you will only be charged at the time the product is available.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
• Bank Deposit or Money Transfer
Payment(s) can be transferred or deposited at nay Westpac Branch into my business account. (In order for your payment to be clearly identified, please use your order # as reference)
• Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express)
• Australian Money Order or Bank Cheque
• If you wish to pay by Paypal, please contact us so we can send you an invoice thru Paypal.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE AT STYLE-FORTE.COM?
At Style-FORTE, your personal online security is important to us. All credit card orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Paymate Pty. Ltd., which has the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit personal credit card information.
WHICH COUNTRIES DOES STYLE-FORTE SHIP TO?
STYLE-FORTE.COM ships to most countries, if your country is not available on the website, please email me and I will organise shipping to your location.
DO YOU SHIP TO A POST OFFICE BOX OR WORK ADDRESS?
(AUSTRALIA ORDERS)
I can post packages to wherever Australia Post can send it. PO Boxes & Business addresses. Packages are sent via. Express Post, therefore your package can be tracked online on the Australia Post website. Please note, if your location is outside the Express Post network, it may take up to an extra one-two days for delivery.
(INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
We do not ship items overseas to PO Boxes as a signature is required upon delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a calling card will be issued by the postal company for you to collect the package at a later date.
On rare occasions, packages can be lost or delayed, however all packages are traceable and insured. Should this happen to your package, please contact us immediately and a follow up will be made to the Postal Service.
I’VE ORDERED AND PAID ALREADY, WHEN DO I GET MY PACKAGE?
Once your order and payment has been received, your package will be processed. It usually takes 1-3 business day for the order to be dispatched.
An email will be sent out to your once the package has been sent with the Shipping details to be tracked online.
HOW DO I CHANGE CURRENCY?
For international orders, Paymate & Paypal will automatically change the currency for you.
HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
DOES STYLE-FORTE SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.

HOW MUCH IS IT TO SHIP OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA? HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER?
For international orders, I do a flat rate of $19.95 per item. It usually takes 10-14 Business Days for delivery. Your package is a Registered Item and can be traced by Australia Post. All orders are posted between Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon receipt. As we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address for the specified deliver.
*Please note that your order will only be shipped, once payment and delivery details have been confirmed.
DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY IN SYDNEY?
Unfortunately, I cannot offer same day delivery in Sydney.
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit .Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
Australian orders won’t need to sign for your package. It will be delivered to your address. Express Post is highly a reputable service by Australia Post. If you are not home at the time of delivery and depending on your postie, Australia Post will issue you a calling card to collect it at your local post office.
For peace of mind, I require proof of delivery for all orders for international orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
Unfortunately I am unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to purchase the items all in one transaction.
HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER & WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE DEDUCTED?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.
Your credit card will be debited instantly by Paymate. In the rare instance, your order is not available, I will personally contact you by email or by phone to arrange something with you.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and an tracking number. Australian Orders, your order can be tracked on the Australia Post website. You will receive a notification with the Express Post Number.
International orders can be tracked, please email me for more information as I will need to assist you tracking your item.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Requesting a exchange or refund can be arranged. I do offer 30days money back guarantee. Should you wish to exchange or return the item, please contact me immediately and we can agree on an arrangement. To be fair, you will need to return the item as the same condition as it was sent, Brand New, Unused and with tags still attached.
WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?
All correctly returned products will either be refunded back to your credit card or the same form of payment method you used to pay the transaction. You will be required to ship the item back before refund will be issued.
Please be aware that it can take up to 2-3 days for the refund to appear in your account.
